From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'VerdantWay originated from a simple vision: sharing authentic Neapolitan pizza with Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. The Bianchi family launched our shop in 1985, a modest family venture with ancestral recipes.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our establishment, mastered pizza creation during her explorations across Italy, gaining knowledge from Neapolitan pizza experts. She came back to the UK inspired to offer the genuine taste of Italian pizza, adhering to traditional methods and selecting only the best ingredients.
Once a small 12-seat eatery, our pizzeria is now a cherished staple in the community. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. Our ovens are still fueled by wood, our dough is prepared afresh every day, and we insist on using premium ingredients.
Presently, 'VerdantWay is still a family business, managed by the second generation of the Bianchi lineage, guiding our zealous staff. While we have adopted new developments, our core mission persists: to serve delightful, genuine pizza that unifies our customers.
